Chris started his racing career in 1989 when he was 4 ½ yrs. Old.  Since then Chris has won over 150 "A" features, 15 track championships including three championships in the same year, and many special race championships such as:

Jay is Chris’s dad, crew chief, and fabricator. Jay also comes from a racing background. His father was a California dirt track champion in 1955-56 and drove in the NASCAR West Series. The Andrews later owned the 71 Speedway in Neosho Missouri from 1969-73. Jay drove on the dirt ovals, competing in Quarter Midget, Go Karts, Mini-Stocks, Destruction Derby, and Figure 8 races. Jay also  raced R/C cars and was one of the top ranked drivers in the Midwest until he retired in 1989.


Robert is Chris’s Uncle, and has been a crewmember for Chris since 1989.  Robert has the responsibility of being the teams "Jack of All Trades" member. One minute Robert might be refueling the car or changing tires and the next minute chasing down or rebuilding parts between races. He also competed in R/C races and was always in contention for the win at the local tracks.
